If you are experiencing problems loading a website in Chrome such as MLA/LP3 etc, please clear your browser cache. The easiest way to do so in Chrome is to hold down the shift + CMD + Delete keys at the same time. Once the Clear browsing data menu appears select all time for time period and check all the available check boxes and then select clear data.
Note:
- With a Windows Keyboard the CMD key is the same as the Windows key and both are generally found to the left of the space bar.
-Make sure you do not have a browser window/tab with the site you are attempting to load open when you clear your browser cache.
